Anna K. Smith, 84, of Corbin passed away Thursday evening, February 15, 2018, at her home.
Born in Knox County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Sidney and Viola Barton Wagner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Ray Smith; brother, Herman Wagner; sisters, Audrey Jones and Thelma Willis; and a special nephew, Ray Wagner II.
Anna had worked at the Elicon plant in Corbin and later became a cook at Lynn Camp School. She was baptized at the East Corbin Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Ray Smith and his wife Kathy; four grandchildren, Kelly Lowe and husband Patrick, David Berry and wife Kathryn, RaeAnne Kaffalas and husband Kevin, and Zach Smith; three great grandchildren, Cassandra Profitt, Nate Lunsford and Ryan Lunsford.
Anna's funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
Her visitation will be from noon until 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
