Marvin C. Harmon, age 65, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017, at the University of Louisville Hospital.
He was retired from the US AirForce as a missile maintenance technician and had served in Vietnam.
Marvin loved golf, motorcycling, playing guitar, reading, and spending time with his family, and he was a Methodist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Bessie Clark Harmon; siblings, Frieda Mullins, Faye Eagle, Orville Harmon, and Vina Smith.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Denise Harmon; children, Joshua Harmon, Eryn Harmon, and Bradley Harmon; five grandchildren, Patrick, Jenelle, Joshua, Addylin, and Jake Harmon; sisters and Brothers; Doris Larimer, Patricia Martin, Brenda Thornberry, Della Jones, Ricky, Charles, Bill, and Ronnie Harmon, and by nine nieces, five nephews, and countless friends.
Funeral services for Marvin Harmon will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Frost officiating.
Burial will follow with military honors by Keavy DAV.
