Paula's Story

Paula Gail Clouse Sutton, 64, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at UK Medical Center in Lexington.
She was the daughter of the late Edward Clouse and Helen LeForce Clouse.
Paula was a member and Sunday school teacher at Good Hope Baptist Church. She was an 18-year breast cancer survivor and was an awareness and support advocate. She was active in the Tri-County Cancer Coalition.
Paula is survived by her husband, Ronnie Sutton; son, Robert Sutton and wife Lea; daughter, Melanie Sutton; brother, Jim Clouse and wife Debbie; niece, Brandy Walker and nephew, Todd Clouse; mother-in-law, Bobbie Huddleston; and sister-in-law, Vonna Hutson and husband Phil, all who mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with the Rev. Doyle Lester and the Rev. Lowell Huddleston officiating. Burial will be in the Youngs Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Whitley County.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Good Hope Baptist Church.
