Madeline Engle was born Nov. 23, 1950, the daughter of the late Earl Lloyd and Maggie Rothel Trosper Clark.
She was united in marriage to Earl F. Engle, who survives. She is also survived by two children, Earl Anthony Engle and wife Betty and Cheryl Lynn Engle, both of Corbin; one sister, Freda Taylor and husband Ervin, of Pioneer, Ohio; four brothers, Bradley Clark, of London, Eddie Clark and wife Alisha, of New Zealand, Michigan, Kenneth Clark and wife Glenda, of Keavy, Marvin Clark and wife Colleen, of Cabins, West Virginia; two grandchildren, Isaac Anthony and Austin Earl Engle; two step-grandchildren, Brittany Yaden and husband Nathan and Lauren Hamm, plus a host of extended family and friends to mourn her passing.
Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by her brothers, June, Wayne, Paul, Curtis and Clifton Clark.
She was a homemaker and was affiliated with the Greater Life Fellowship Church.
Madeline departed this life on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, being 66 years, 3 months and 29 days of age.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Bowling Funeral Home with Marvin Clark and Stan Varney officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery at Keavy. Visitation was 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
