Wesley Dale Hamblin, 22, of the Maple Creek Community in Williamsburg, passed away Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016 at Pineville Community Hospital.
He was born July 5, 1994 in Jellico, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Louetta Hamblin, great-grandmother Ophelia Vann, and great-grandfather Norman Wells.
He is survived by his parents, Robby and Andelynn Hamblin, of Williamsburg, brother, Robert Steakley (Tonya) of Williamsburg, grandparents, Herman Hamblin and Sandy Hudson (Jim), all of Williamsburg, and Andy Bowlin (Jo) of Jellico, niece, MaKinley Steakley, of Williamsburg, girlfriend, Megan Powers, of Williamsburg, Uncle Ronnie Hamblin (Brenda), of Corbin, very special uncle and aunt Henry and Mary Wells, of Williamsburg, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Wells and the Rev. Robert Gilreath officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 21, 2016 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Masonic Rites will be conducted by Williamsburg Lodge No. 490 F&AM at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Wesley will be missed by all of his friends and family and the staff of Ellison Funeral Home and Arnett & Steele Funeral Home.
