Carmon Davidson, age 83, of Corbin passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Baptist Health Corbin.

Carmon was born May 18, 1937, in Manchester, Ky to the late Roscoe Davidson and Mary Bowling Davidson. Carmon was a Master Mason, teacher, coach, and was a member of Oneida Missionary Baptist Church in Oneida, Ky.

He is survived by his wife; Carole Philips Davidson of Corbin, one son; Carmon Blaine Davidson of Corbin. two sisters; Sue Sizemore (Walter), Joyce Ann Combs, two brothers; Raymond Davidson (Josphine), and Paul Davidson (Shirley) all of Clay County, Kentucky.

In addition to his parents Carmon was preceded in death by one brother-in-law; Donald Combs.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020, at the O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leonard Siler officiating.

Visitation will be held from noon until the funeral hour at 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at the O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at Corinth Cemetery in Corbin, Ky.

O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home will be following the guidelines the Governor's office as set for COVID-19, for attendance (of 50% building capacity), social distancing, and proper face coverings to be worn at these services.
