Celestine Kramer, 83, passed away June 27th, 2023. She is survived by her husband, her two children, and her grandchildren. Originally from Florida, she relocated to Kentucky with her loving husband, Henry Kramer, in 2000. She was a funny and wonderful person, a loving wife, a caring mother and grandmother. Her family are very proud of her, and will always be grateful for the time they shared. No services are planned at this time for Celestine Kramer.
