Dennis Myers Obituary

Dennis Wayne Myers, 71, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2025 surrounded by his loving children. Born on November 21, 1953, in Corbin, Kentucky to the late Alton and Ruth Keck Myers. He was the owner of Myers Chevrolet in Barbourville, Kentucky and Kiklukh Lodge outside of Cordova, Alaska . He is survived by his children, Heather Myers Tyree (Jeff) and Tanner Myers. Grandchildren, Jackson Marlow and Hadley Tyree. Siblings, Lanny Myers (Brenda), Gail Frederick (Boyce) and David Myers (Vickie).

Dennis truly lived life to the fullest. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing as well as an amateur harmonica player. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and those who loved him. His legacy, love and dedication will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on January 18th from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at O'Neil- Lawson Funeral Home. A celebration of Dennis's life will follow at the American Legion at 4:00 pm where family and friends are invited to honor his memory with a fish fry.
