Donald Lincks Obituary

Donald H. Lincks was born on April 25, 1950 in London, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Harold and Beulah Lincks. He was united in marriage 23 years to Angela Denise Dunn Lincks of Corbin, Kentucky. He is also survived by his father and mother in law, Andy Dunn and Judy Dunn; sisters in law, Kim Dunn and Andra Johnson; brothers in law, Andy J. Dunn and Mark Johnson; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family, friends and loved ones to mourn his passing.


Donnie was a volunteer fire fighter at Keavy Fire Department. He was a full time fire fighter for London City Fire Department for 12 years. He was also a state fire school instructor for many years. He also owned Linck's Sales and Service.


He loved to work with his hands, help people and travel. He traveled the country for four and a half years before settling in Sevierville, Tennessee. He loved meeting people and had many friends and enjoyed being a member of The Paine Lake HOA. Don trusted in Jesus as his savior throughout his life.


A Celebration of Life for Donald H. Lincks will be held by the family at a later date and announced by Bowling Funeral Home. A graveside will also be held, following the celebration of life, at A.R. Dyche Memorial Park in London.


In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made in Donald's honor to the Keavy Volunteer Fire Department at P.O. Box 200, Keavy, Kentucky 40737.
