James Ray Worley, 79, of Corbin passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 at his home.
He was born July 18, 1942 in Wichita Falls Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Coye and Gladys Worley and one sister; Vera Turner.
He is survived by his beloved wife Anna Worley of 59 years: one son James Patrick and Leslie Anne Worley of Harrodsburg, Kentucky : one daughter Tina Marie and Lonnie McCoy of Lexington, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Abbey Worley of Burgin, Kentucky; three grandsons Dylon and Christa Worley of Corbin, Kentucky, Jake and Hayley Worley of Burgin, Kentucky and Mason McCoy of Lexington, Kentucky; one great grandson Leo Worley of Burgin, Kentucky; two sisters, Vicki and Richard Vanzant of Whiteland, Indiana, Micki Worley and Charlie Simpson of Louisville, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday April 28, 2022 at the O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Lester officiating with burial following in the Coye Worley Family Cemetery on Spruce Creek Road, Corbin, Kentucky.
Visitation will be noon until 2:00 pm at the O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home.
